We are offering a furnished room to a young student to complete a shared apartment for three with our son, 18 years old, who is in his first year of preparatory class. He is sociable, studious, non-smoker, and from Angers. The second room is occupied by a student of the same age who is attending a higher education institution in Angers.

The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor with a view of the rooftops of Angers, facing south and south-east. Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a desk.
