This is a furnished, south-facing room in a 4-bedroom house (shared accommodation). Only for a quiet, non-smoking person.

The room includes a 120x200 cm bed, desk, wardrobe, and shelves. There is a bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet) and a shower room (toilet, sink) shared with two other rooms.
Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, terraces, small garden, cellar, and laundry room (free of charge).

The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to public transportation and near Lausanne.
