12.5 m2 room on the second floor of a 200 m2 townhouse, 2 minutes from the Saint Mandé metro, in a very quiet street with all transport nearby (Line 1, bus, vélib, taxis, autolib), near the Bois de Vincennes and 15 minutes from Châtelet Les Halles.

The bathroom, located on the same floor, is reserved for tenants because two other rooms on the same landing are also available for rent. It includes a bathtub, a shower, 3 individual sinks, toilet. We try to find people with more or less the same profile.
The kitchen is accessible to prepare your meals between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and take them on site. You will have access to the various amenities of the house (pantry, laundry room, etc.). We also have 3 cats.

Je suis restée 2 mois chez Patricia et tout s’est bien passé. La maison est très bien située pour prendre les transports, ce qui est un vrai atout. La chambre était grande et confortable. J’ai été bien accueillie durant mon séjour. Si vous cherchez de quoi vous logez près de Paris, je vous recommande cette location.
