Hello, my name is Morgan and I am 27 years old. I am currently looking for a new roommate, as my current roommate has to leave us for personal reasons.
I have been living in this apartment for a few months. It is in excellent condition and very close to the Swiss border, right next to the customs. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It has everything you could need: washing machine, dishwasher, television, household appliances, a large kitchen and a living room with sofa. Although there is no balcony or garage, a large parking lot is accessible within a few minutes walk.
The proposed room is spacious, with a double bed and enough space for a large desk and storage for clothes. There is also a sofa in the bedroom.
The apartment has a clean bathroom, and the living room offers a magnificent view of the lake and the mountain. This 70 m^2 apartment is ideal for a shared apartment for two people and is perfect for those who work in Switzerland.
As for me, I have been a cross-border worker for 3 years.
