Hello,
I am offering a room for rent in my 65m² apartment for a maximum duration of two months. I prefer short-term rentals. As for the room, it faces a courtyard, so it is quiet. Plus, you will have a view of the Vercors.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and includes a small balcony. You will have access to all rooms.
As for me, I am 39 years old. I like going out (bars, concerts) and hiking in the mountains. I am an easy-going person and I try to keep the apartment reasonably tidy and clean, but I am not a neat freak. I also have a cat, who is shy at first but not aggressive. I am open to other pets under certain conditions, which we can discuss privately.
