Hello, you will be welcomed by Catherine, the owner. The house, dating from the late 19th century, was completely renovated three years ago. The 12 m² bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, was also completely renovated two years ago. On this floor, you will also benefit from a small relaxation area in the attic. A kettle and a microwave are at your disposal.

A toilet, for your exclusive use, is located upstairs. The bathroom, located on the 1st floor, will be shared with me. The other areas of the house remain for the private use of the owner.

For your laundry, a laundromat is located near the house, which is very convenient. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to do your laundry in the sink or shower.

For transport, the house is ten minutes from metro line 1 or RER line A, and bus 124 stops two minutes away. You'll be fifteen minutes from Paris Châtelet, ten minutes from the Bois de Vincennes, and fifteen minutes from the Château de Vincennes.
