Description
As hosts of a house with a garden in a quiet neighbourhood south of Angers, we are offering a furnished room for one person (approx. 12 m²) for shared housing. The room (equipped with a sofa bed, shelving, bedside table, desk, TV, kitchen table, and wardrobe) is located in our basement, which has recently been converted into an apartment. The entrance is independent. The kitchen is fully equipped (crockery, microwave, fridge, oven, kettle, electric hob), and there is a shower room as well as a separate toilet. Bed sheets and towels are not provided. Close to local shops and public transport, with easy parking available.
