Owners of a house with a garden in a quiet neighborhood in the southern part of Angers, we are renting a furnished room (for one person) of approximately 12 m² (sofa bed, shelves, bedside table, desk, TV, kitchen table, wardrobe) in our recently converted basement apartment.
The entrance is separate. The room includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, microwave, refrigerator, oven, kettle, electric stovetop), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Sheets and towels are not provided. Shops and public transport are nearby, and parking is easy.
