Description
The apartment is on the 7th floor (with lift) and is located in a quiet neighbourhood near shops. It is a 13-minute walk or 2 tram stops from the train station. I live here all year round and rent out the guest room. The apartment is spacious with views over the mountains (Belledonne, Vercors, Chartreuse). I would be happy to welcome female guests (for safety reasons, I prefer female guests). The room is bright and overlooks the Vercors. It measures 15 m². The single bed is comfortable and there is a desk with WiFi access. A shelf and a wardrobe are available for you to store your belongings. The living-dining room, kitchen, as well as the bathroom and separate toilet are shared. A large fridge, also shared, allows you to store your groceries and you can use all the kitchen equipment. You can also enjoy the balcony with views over the Vercors and the Chartreuse.
