Our current sub-tenant, a student at EPFL, finished his studies on August 1st. We are therefore looking for someone to replace him. We live in a pretty building under the station, close to the buses and metro from Grancy station, and bus 25 (Elysée stop). We have a very nice and calm little dog. We work in the field of theater and lighting. The bedroom has a fireplace and access to the balcony, a double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk. We are on the ground floor. The person has access to the kitchen, with space for them in the fridge, in the closet, and to the bathroom. The apartment has two toilets. We would like a positive youth. ive, and pleasant to live .
