Lovely renovated room with new furniture: bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dresser, desk, and armchair. The room is equipped for cooking with dishes, cutlery, and various containers for microwave or oven cooking. You will also find a kettle, a coffee machine, an oven that also serves as a toaster and microwave, an air fryer, and a refrigerator. This room is separate from the rest of the house. The shower room and toilet are shared with another tenant. Bath towels, sheets, and duvets are provided and laundered by the owners. One load of laundry per week is included in the price. Cleaning of the room and shower room is at your expense. Non-smoking room. A small garden area with barbecue grill is available. Pets are not allowed.
