We are offering a ROOM in a shared house for a roommate who is not allergic to cats, as there is one in the house from time to time. We particularly value someone who is DISCREET, CLEAN, independent, and who WILL NOT DAMAGE THE HOUSE. The atmosphere of the house is CALM and must remain so.
Smoking is allowed but OUTSIDE, in the GARDEN.
To hand over the keys, we require a copy of your ID, passport, or driver's license, as well as recent proof of income. A one-month deposit is mandatory and non-negotiable. Please note that we are not eligible for personalized housing assistance (APL). Having a guarantor (with their contact information) is a plus.

TOVAN, malgré un commentaire négatif, sur une application concurrente, n'a visiblement pas compris qu'on NE PEUT PAS apporter TOUTES ses affaires dans une chambre ANNONCÉE COMME MEUBLÉE, DANS UNE MAISON PARTAGÉE!
