I am looking for a flatmate in Gentilly:
RER B Gentilly: 7 minutes away
Tram T3a (Stade Charléty): 15 minutes away
Metro 14 (Hôpital Bicêtre): 15 minutes away
Cité Universitaire and Montsouris Park: 15 minutes away
66 m² 3-room apartment, with a pleasant living area and 2 bedrooms: my bedroom, which is the smaller one, and the second one of 22 m², which has 2 built-in wardrobes and a bay window opening onto the garden. The bedroom is unfurnished. Kitchen open to the living room with a large bay window. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. I imagine shared housing as a friendship.
Adding your name to the lease is done via an addendum with a security deposit. You must be on a permanent contract (CDI), earn more than 2,100 euros net before tax, and ideally, have a guarantor. I am looking for someone over 30.
