Good morning,
I am a young employee in mass distribution in La Riche. I am looking for a roommate, preferably a woman, to share the rent during this year 2023/24. Indeed, between the co-ownership charges and the property tax, I see myself in the need to share my accommodation with you. The accommodation is in the heart of the Bretonneau University Hospital, it is very well served by public transport (shops, Botanical Garden). Quiet neighborhood, full of young students. The apartment is furnished, although there is no WiFi.
This shared accommodation is, I repeat, a way for me to lighten my load for this school year.
