To share with 5 other roommates: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave, coffee machine).
Other common areas of the house (which is 400 m2): large living room, dining room, terraces, laundry room with 3 washing machines and a dryer, jacuzzi.
Space in the cellar for storage.
Cleaning lady twice a week.
In the center of Dudelange, 5 minutes walk from the train station (20 minutes by train from Luxembourg-city).
Cinema, shops, restaurants 5 minutes walk away.
We are individuals. No agency fees. Deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent.
