Furnished 30 m² studio with a private terrace on the ground floor of our 1910 house, between the train station and the centre of Arlon. Ideal for a single person on a work placement, internship or moving to the region: the train station, with direct trains to Luxembourg, is 200 m away and the city centre is a 5-minute walk. Entirely private accommodation with an independent entrance through the garden. Main room with an equipped kitchen, a built-in 140 cm bed and a raised desk for working. Private shower room with a sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi. Private terrace and access to the garden. Parking: free parking 3 minutes' walk away, or a blue zone on the street (parking disc, 3 hours). I live in the main house: available if needed, discreet the rest of the time. Looking forward to welcoming you to Arlon.
