A large, 25 m² furnished room is available in our restored 1910 townhouse, located in the centre of Arlon. Ideal for an internship, a work placement, or starting a new contract in the Grand Duchy, this rental allows you to stay on the Belgian side, close to the train station. All utilities are included (water, energy), plus Wi-Fi, bed sheets, and towels. The room features a 160 cm bed and a workspace. The bathroom is shared with one other room, if occupied, and includes a double vanity, a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry room. For parking, free spaces are available a 3-minute walk away, or you can use the blue zone on the street (parking disc, 3 hours). Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in the quiet neighbourhood of Saint-Martin church.
