It is an independent type 2 house of 45 m², adjoining our house (not overlooked). It has a garden of 150 m², also not overlooked and independent of our house, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Ideal for a mobility contract of a minimum duration of 4 months and a maximum of 6 months (until May 31).
The house is located in a residential area of Aubagne, just 1.5 km from the city center. The price includes all charges: heating (normal consumption), water, electricity, internet, Netflix and a parking space inside the property (another space is available in the residents' crossing). We are in a very quiet area, not far from the motorways leading to Marseille, Aix, La Ciotat, Toulon, and 900 meters from the city center of Aubagne.
