Hello everyone, My girlfriend and I are renting out a 12m² room with a 140/200cm bed, desk and storage space (in the bedroom and living room). Located near Place de Rome in the Préfecture district, inside a Haussmann-style building, the apartment consists of a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen, and a living room with a dining area, plus two bedrooms. My partner and I occupy the other bedroom in the flat and we are looking for someone to share the common areas in a quiet and respectful atmosphere. We are only here 4 days a week.
