Hello! I look forward to welcoming you to my home. The bedroom, located on the first floor, features a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, as well as a wardrobe with shelving on one side. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and has just been completely renovated. In the warmer months, the garden and its terrace with sun loungers are at your disposal. If you wish to prepare your own meals, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, and gas hobs is available for you to use. Alternatively, I also offer a table d'hôte service upon reservation. For students without a vehicle, please note that my home is located in the countryside in a very quiet area. It is situated approximately 45 km from Rennes and 55 km from Saint-Brieuc, which are accessible via the expressway, which is toll-free in Brittany. Furthermore, there is a train station nearby, and there are two carpooling areas in the vicinity.
