I would be delighted to welcome you to my home, located in a quiet, undisturbed development of 11 homes. The bedroom is on the ground floor. You'll sleep in a large 1.40 x 1.90 bed, and there's a private walk-in bathroom with a sink and toilet. Two wardrobes, a chair, and a desk are also available. In summer, you can enjoy the garden and its terrace equipped with deckchairs. Saint-Jouan has two carpooling areas.
For students who don't have a car, I would like to point out that my home is located in the countryside, but remains accessible. It is approximately 45 km from Rennes via the expressway, which represents a half-hour journey; and 55 km from Saint-Brieuc, also via the expressway. In Brittany, expressways are free. There is a train station about 2 km away, in Caulnes, served by trains towards Rennes or Saint-Brieuc.
