Description
The property is a family apartment close to all shops and amenities, a stone's throw from the train station and all public transport. I live here year-round and rent out the guest room. The toilet and bathroom are separate and shared. The home is very colourful and furnished in a vintage-pop style; I am happy to welcome female guests here. For safety reasons, I prefer to host women. A very friendly cat also lives in the property, so it is not suitable for those with allergies. The bright 10m2 bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a small desk and chair for working in peace, and overlooks the building's courtyard. There is space in the wardrobe and shelves to store your belongings. The bedroom is located on the opposite side to our rooms, ensuring the guest has complete peace and quiet. The living room and kitchen, as well as all equipment, are accessible and are to be shared with my child and me.
