Single room for rent on the Gran Via de Murcia, close to the cathedral, El Corte Inglés, Hospital Reina Sofía, Universidad de la Merced, tram station and bus stops, spacious, comfortable, fully furnished and equipped. For couples an additional 50 euros will be charged. Ideal for students
The price includes maintenance and community fees per room per month. We have a paid service of 10 euros per month for cleaning common areas, and tenants can contract Wi-Fi from the company of their choice.
It is an ideal flat to share with students. The minimum reservation must be 5 months, maximum 12.
Agency fee and security deposit are required, each equivalent to one month's rent.
