Located near Juan de Borbon, universities, various bus lines, tram stop, health centre, pharmacy and banks. The apartment has 2 terraces, Smart TV in all rooms and a dishwasher. Utilities are not included, but Internet, HBO, Netflix and Amazon Prime are. Looking for reliable people only. Not for long-term stays. Smoking is permitted on the terraces. Possibility of a reduced price if you do not use the accommodation every day or to choose the other room with a single bed. Come and see it with no obligation!
