We offer two furnished rooms, 15 and 13 square meters, with roommates including students, young professionals, Erasmus students, international students, and French nationals. Each room includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove and oven, and a shared bathroom/toilet.
The accommodations are located 5 minutes from the city center, accessible by tram line B and bus 25, on the border between Saint-Jean-de-Braye and Orléans. The house is situated in a very quiet residential area with on-site, gated, and secure parking, as well as several outdoor parking spaces. Public transportation, shops, banks, and several schools (Jean Zay, Pothier, Benjamin Franklin, Sainte Croix - Saint Euverte, and Henri Gaudier-Brzeska high schools) are all nearby.
