Propriétaire très accueillant. Il fait tout pour aider les locataires. Le logement est bien situé dans Poitiers et permet de rencontrer du monde grâce à la colocation. La propreté et la vétusté du logement sont à revoir. Le prix du logement est très élevé pour son état.
