Four quiet, bright, and furnished rooms are available for shared accommodation, co-living, or mixed student and graduate employment.
They are located on the ground floor of the first floor of a pretty semi-detached house with a garden. It's a 115 m² (1,200 sq ft) covered apartment, including a 35 m² (370 sq ft) basement. The house has been renovated and decorated with occasional 1970s-style touches.
The owners have four private contracts per room, with shared common areas. There is no joint rent, only prorated charges. Tenants are the ones who choose (or not) the pre-selected roommate candidates.
Smoking-free shared accommodation for students or young employees. "Village-style" connections with the neighborhood, made up of older residents. Visa already up to date. No pets, and noisy parties are not recommended!
Accommodating owner in a friendly atmosphere. 95% of parents who meet us choose our shared accommodation because we are close by, while still allowing them independence.
