Please bring slippers. Terrace and small garden available for use. Residential neighbourhood, so it is quiet. Free parking in the area. Electricity is extra. An old cat wanders in the garden, and sometimes a very quiet and happy little Jack Russell. Internet and insurance provided. In winter, from October to March inclusive, an energy contribution will be requested.
