Access to one or the other of the bedrooms depending on the availability of the moment. The first bedroom is 18 m2, the second slightly smaller. The rent includes all costs (not towels). Bedding is provided. These are two large bedrooms overlooking gardens. The apartment is very well located in a beautiful quiet street in the city center of Perpignan. A bus stop in front of the house provides access to the university. I have been welcoming young students or young employees or Erasmus students for 6 years.
