Room for rent in Perpignan city centre, quiet residential street. In a large, old apartment with high ceilings and colourful decor, there are 3 comfortable, sunny bedrooms offering views over gardens. One is occupied by Anne, the host, a second by a young Chilean student, and the third by another student. For the past 6 years, I have been hosting students or young professionals. Warm atmosphere, respectful of everyone's independence. (MAX 30 YEARS OLD PLEASE.) Ideally located in Perpignan city centre, quiet street and neighbourhood, 10 minutes' walk from Le Castillet. A bus stop is located 20 metres from the house, convenient for getting to the university or the Lycée Arago area. (Some areas of Perpignan should be avoided.)
