Room for rent in Perpignan city centre, quiet residential street. In a large, old-style apartment with high ceilings and colourful decor, there are 3 comfortable, sunny bedrooms overlooking gardens. One of them is occupied by Anne, the host, a second by a young Chilean student, and the third by a student. I have been hosting students and young professionals for 6 years now. Warm atmosphere, with respect for everyone's independence! The apartment is ideally located in Perpignan city centre, on a quiet street and in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 10-minute walk from Le Castillet. A bus stop is located 20 metres from the house, convenient for getting to the university or the Lycée Arago area. (Some areas of Perpignan should be avoided).
