In a large, historic apartment with high ceilings and colourful decor, there are 3 comfortable, sunny rooms with views over gardens. One is occupied by Anne, the host, a second by a young Chilean student, and the 3rd by a student.
For 6 years now, I have been hosting students or young professionals.
A warm atmosphere that respects everyone's independence!
The apartment is ideally located in Perpignan city centre, on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 10-minute walk from Le Castillet. There is a bus stop 20 metres from the house, which is convenient for getting to the university or the Lycée Arago area.
(Some areas of Perpignan should be avoided)
Cleaning of the common areas is provided weekly. You are very welcome here. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information.
