Just an eight-minute walk from the tram, discover a bright, furnished 10 m² room in a peaceful duplex with unobstructed views of the countryside. This room is equipped with a double bed, a bedside table, two desks, two chairs, and ample closet space. Basic dishes are provided for preparing simple meals, giving you more independence. The toilet, bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave on the landing are shared with the occupant of the second bedroom.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a condominium building. We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by avoiding any noise disturbances. Parking is readily available in front of the building.
As I live on the ground floor, you will have the option of using my kitchen for extra space while preparing meals and for a more convivial atmosphere. Access to the garden is also possible.
