Room in a private residence with intercom. Pleasant apartment, view of the lake and the river from the loggia. Free bus 150m from us. Center 10 minutes walk. Pleasant, quiet room, comfortable mattress, wall-mounted TV, desk and cupboard. Internet connection. Breakfast offered in a reasonable consumption, otherwise a supplement will be requested. Possibility of using the washing machine with a supplement of €5 Ariel detergent provided. Fully equipped kitchen available only in the evening from 7:30 p.m. Bathroom and WC to share.

We want pleasant, calm, discreet, clean and orderly people. We have 3 cats. As far as possible, we would like rooms to be available on weekends, except in special cases to see together.
