Room on the first floor of our house with semi-private bathroom and toilet, shared only with a second room. Roommates have exclusive access to a fully equipped kitchen, including pots, dishes, a dishwasher and a microwave, a large living room and a peaceful garden with trees.
House in the heart of the city. In a lively area in the immediate vicinity of all shops, Post office, swimming pool and sports center just opposite. Transport: bus 34 (towards European Parliament, Porte de Namur and forest), bus 36 (Schuman EU to Konkel). tram 81 (Gare du Midi to Montgomery. Metro n°5 10 min walk. EU institutions 15 min walk.

Une meilleure surveillance de la propreté du logement et des équipements, lors de l'arrivée ou du départ des locataires, serait fortement appréciée. De même, l'accueil par le/la propriétaire directement, par exemple pour la réalisation d'un état des lieux et la présentation du logement, serait également bienvenu et mettrait davantage en confiance. Toutefois, un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre réactivité face aux problèmes qu'il y a pu y avoir pendant ces quelques mois.
