Near Lausanne, Renens, Ecublens, or Yverdon. 30 minutes from EPFL by train, 15 minutes by car.
Lovely renovated room with new furniture: bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dresser, desk, sofa. The room is equipped with all cooking utensils, including dishes, cutlery, and a wide range of microwave/oven cookware. A kettle, a coffee machine, an oven that also functions as a grill and microwave, and a refrigerator are also included. This room is separate from the rest of the house.
Shared shower room/toilet with another tenant. Bath towels, sheets, and duvet are provided (laundered by the owners). One load of laundry per week is included in the price. Cleaning of the room and shower room is at your own expense. Non-smoking room. Small garden area with barbecue available. No pets allowed. Wi-Fi available and utilities included in the rental price.
