C'est une colocation ,il y a forcément un peu de bruit avec les colocataires.
Par contre, pour les odeurs et l'humidité, il aurait suffit de laissez la fenêtre et le rideau ouvert .Avec cela , la présence de la ventilation permanente aurait dû suffire malgré l'hiver rigoureux.
