Living area with equipped kitchen, shower room with WC. Entrance hallway serving as a glazed airlock. Small private garden. Located 2 km from the motorway exit, 8 km from the Spanish border at Le Perthus, 20 km from Argelès-sur-Mer, 18 km from Perpignan. Between the sea and the mountains. For a quiet person. A quiet pet is accepted with an extra charge for the final cleaning. Bed linen, blankets, pillows, bolster, bed sheets, floor cloth, bath mat and toilet mat are available. Traditional bikes are available for rent. Please let us know in advance. There are some very beautiful walks 200 m away leading to the landscaped lakes of Saint-Jean-Pla-de-Corts, a 20-minute walk away. Welcome!
