10 m² single room, all comforts, located in a house on the edge of the forest. Very quiet place to rest and recharge your batteries. The room is equipped with a double bed with LED lighting, a wardrobe, a small fridge, a television with Chromecast, and individual air conditioning. Access to common areas: living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, and garden with a large above-ground swimming pool. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Amenities less than one kilometre away: small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bar/tobacconist, cash machine, etc. Barbecue and bicycles provided free of charge. The city centre of Orléans is located 20 minutes from the house; the RN 20 and the A10 are 10 minutes away, and the RN 60 is 5 minutes away. Accommodation served by bus lines 12 and 15, 500 m from the house. Tramway (line B) is a 5-minute drive away.
