Description
I am looking for a flatmate and not a short-term guest. The flat is located 5 minutes from the Martigny train station, in the Bonnes-Luites district (next to the Vatel hotel). It is a residential area, so it is very quiet and not overlooked. It is a small two-storey building with three flats. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen opening onto a living room, as well as a large balcony. The laundry room is shared by the three flats and is available five days a week (from Wednesday to Sunday). There is also a large cellar. The room for rent has a very comfortable bed, but it can also be removed. I am often out and enjoy finding a quiet space in the evening. It is therefore not a party house every weekend, although I love life and am quite open to having people over.
