The kitchen, shared with four other roommates, is fully equipped: dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
The other common areas of the house, which covers 400 m², include a large living room, a dining room, terraces, a laundry room equipped with three washing machines and a dryer, and a jacuzzi.
A storage area in the basement is available.
A housekeeper comes in twice a week.
Located in the center of Dudelange, the apartment is a five-minute walk from the train station, providing quick access to Luxembourg City in approximately 20 minutes.
Cinemas, shops, and restaurants are also within a five-minute walk.
We are privately owned, so there are no agency fees. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be required.
