Our apartment is a 125 m² duplex located on the second and top floor. It is pleasant to live in, simple, and functional.
We are offering an 18 m² room for rent located upstairs. This room features a private balcony and is equipped with a desk, a double bed with four drawers, as well as a low drawer unit.
Nearby, you will find shops, a swimming pool, a football stadium, as well as pétanque and tennis clubs. Hautepierre Hospital is accessible in a 10-minute walk. Two bus stops a 5-minute walk away provide access to the train station and the city centre. The journey by bus or tram takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
We would like to inform our tenants that we have two cats and a medium-sized dog.
Rent includes bills (water, electricity, and cleaning of common areas). Tenants are responsible for cleaning the upstairs toilet. Cleaning of the bathroom is shared between the residents according to a monthly roster.
