Description
Our apartment is a duplex located on the second and top floor of our building. It's a pleasant place to live. Please note that we're currently renovating, so for a 5-star standard, you'd have to look elsewhere. Our atmosphere is rather down-to-earth!
We offer an 18 m² room for rent on the upper floor of our duplex. This room has a private balcony and is equipped with a desk, a double bed with four drawers, as well as a low chest of drawers and a rack for hanging your clothes.
Nearby, you'll find shops, a swimming pool, a football stadium, as well as pétanque and tennis clubs. Hautepierre Hospital is a ten-minute walk away. As for public transportation, a bus stop connecting to the train station and the city center is a five-minute walk away. The bus/tram ride takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Please note: We would like to inform our tenants that we have a cat and a puppy living here permanently.
The rent includes utilities (water and common areas). Electricity bills will be shared monthly between the residents.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette chambre spacieuse et lumineuse avec balcon privatif. L’accueil a été chaleureux, tout était très propre et conforme à l’annonce. L’endroit est calme, agréable et idéal pour un séjour confortable. Je recommande vivement cette adresse !
