Description
Tram A 200 m, bus 300 m. Strasbourg train station is 12 minutes by tram. The Zénith is about 20 minutes on foot. Hautepierre hospital, Auchan and Aldi are close and within walking distance.
The 18 m² room is located in the converted basement. It locks and has a window. It has three beds on the floor, separated by fixed but retractable blackout screens. Blackout curtains are also placed in front of each bed to ensure better privacy. The mattresses, quality and clean, are protected by waterproof fleece covers.
The ceiling is lower than normal due to a false ceiling hiding the pipes. A person up to 1.87 m tall can stand up without difficulty. For taller people, it is necessary to bend slightly. However, the room opens onto a small private living room equipped with a desk, a large table, chairs and a sofa, where the ceiling height is normal.
Parking is free throughout the street and the subdivision.
