14 m² room with balcony access for rent in a homestay (Strasbourg - 67200)

Our apartment is a 125 m² duplex located on the 2nd and top floor; it is pleasant to live in, simple, and functional. We are offering a 14 m² room for rent located on the ground floor of the apartment. It is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, and a small table with a pouffe. You will have access to the living room, the kitchen, the walk-through balcony, and the shared bathroom. There are shops nearby, a swimming pool, a football stadium, as well as pétanque and tennis clubs. Hautepierre Hospital is a 10-minute walk away. Two bus stops within a 5-minute walk provide access to the train station and the city centre. The journey by bus or tram takes about 10 to 15 minutes. We would like to inform our tenants that a security deposit of €200 in cash is required upon handover of the keys. It is returned at the end of the stay, subject to the inventory check. Rent includes utilities. Tenants are responsible for cleaning the downstairs toilet and their own room.
