The part dedicated to our non-profit organisation, Coram-Floram, includes a 10 m² furnished bedroom with a large 4 m² private bathroom, as well as an entrance and an 8 m² furnished kitchen that are almost entirely private. We would be delighted to welcome a flatmate who shares our values of sustainability, respect, friendliness, and communication, and who is active outside during the day. Our goal is to host rather than just hand over the keys. To get to know each other, it is important to contact us beforehand to check if our expectations align. This will also be an opportunity to provide more details. We want to host individuals who will be satisfied with their stay with us, just as many of the interns who make up our target audience have been.

Le séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé. Dominique et son époux sont vraiment gentils. La maison est bien équipée, propre et calme. Waterloo n’étant pas bien desservi Dominique et son mari m’ont aidé pour les courses notamment. Ils sont vraiment disponibles et à l’écoute. Je recommande fortement
L'appartement est conforme aux photos et à la description mais la plupart du mobilier, electroménager et de la cuisine est ancien et parfois cassé et réparé grossièrement. Dominique est à l'écoute et à cherché à m'aider. La maison est loin du centre ville à pied (40+ min) et à plus de 20 minutes de la gare. Je conseille si vous rechercher un endroit calme, grand

La casa è molto bella, ha tutto il necessario e la posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, oltre ad un bellissimo giardino, l'energia è molto buona e accogliente. Dominique è una persona fantastica che mi ha aiutato moltissimo fin dall'inizio e mi ha fatto conoscere posti meravigliosi a Waterloo. Dominique e suo marito Gerald sono diventati per me una famiglia belga. la casa è molto bella, ha tutto il necessario e la posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, oltre ad un bellissimo giardino, l'energia è molto buona e accogliente. Dominique è una persona fantastica che mi ha aiutato moltissimo fin dall'inizio e mi ha fatto conoscere posti meravigliosi a Waterloo. Spacieux logement avec toutes les commodités
Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Dominique et son mari. Propriétaires disponibles en cas de problème ou bien simplement pour partager un moment convivial. La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme. Le logement est agréable et bien équipé. Je remercie encore une fois Dominique et son mari pour mon séjour de quatre mois qui s'est très bien passé.
