Hello, Located 100 m from the Alexandre Denis Vocational High School, I am offering an upstairs bedroom in a 135 m² house with a secluded garden and secure parking space. The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, two bedside tables, and Wi-Fi access. Bed sheets are not provided. The upstairs bathroom is to be cleaned on a rotating basis by each occupant, or a cleaning fee can be added. You will have access to a shared bathroom (please observe quiet hours between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM – no baths during this time), an equipped kitchen for heating up meals, and a 40 m² living room. I work from home. Two dogs live on the premises year-round, and there is also a cat. The accommodation is located 100 m from a bus stop, a 15-minute walk from the La Ferté-Alais RER D station, and a 15-minute drive from the Bouray RER C station. I have been hosting students for shared housing for 12 years. Compliance with the shared housing rules and the signing of a contract are required.
