I am offering a room (double bed) in a modest and quiet apartment, located a 5-minute walk from the Erdre and the St-Mihiel tram stop (line 2), opposite a C6 bus stop, and a 15-minute walk from the train station. Close to all amenities, shops, and the city centre. You will be sharing the apartment with me! Ideal for students (internships or work-study placements), professionals travelling for work, cycle tourists, or travellers in transit. The room is available for short periods, and recurring rentals are possible. The rental includes: bed sheets, storage space (drawer, wardrobe), Wi-Fi access, and a desk. The bathroom and toilet are shared. Kitchen access is permitted (a shelf is reserved in the fridge - please note: no microwave) and the living room can be used occasionally (notably for meals). For short stays, I do not provide bath towels (too much laundry).
