Just a 5-minute drive from the stunning beaches on the south shore of Ajaccio, our villa allows you to fully enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. Porticcio's shops are only a few minutes away, while the imperial city of Ajaccio is a 15-minute drive or a 20-minute sea shuttle ride.The living space is spread over two levels: on the garden level, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a lounge/living room with access to the outdoor terraces. Upstairs, a hallway leads to an office and two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed (160x200) and a private bathroom.The swimming pool (13x3m) naturally varies in temperature between 22°C and 26°C during summer.The terrace, enhanced with a pergola, offers a welcome shaded area for your outdoor meals. Car parking is available in front of the house.Please note: two friendly cats live outdoors on the property.
