The ground floor offers a spacious and bright living/dining room with fireplace, ideal for friendly evenings. The kitchen is shared. You will also find a guest toilet and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a large private bathroom. A large basement offers a beautiful storage space and a laundry room.
The exterior is not to be outdone with a 1,000 m² garden, fully fenced, perfect for animal lovers (an adorable dog is already present). You will also benefit from a double garage and a parking space.
