Large shared room in a secure Haussmannian apartment (digital code at the entrance), located on the 2nd floor without elevator, in the city center of Saint-Etienne. The apartment is served by bus lines M2, M3, M7, 13 at the bottom of the building and is a 5-minute walk from the Hôtel-de-Ville tram stop.

The room, with a surface area of 24 m², is located in a very bright apartment of 210 m², to be shared with a grandmother and her 26-year-old grandson.

It can accommodate one or two people, with the possibility of choosing between a double bed or two twin beds. The room offers high-end bedding, with new duvet and pillows. Sheets and bath towels available as an option. It is also equipped with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bookcase and a desk.

The common areas include a TV lounge, a dining room, a kitchen equipped with household appliances and a separate fridge, a laundry room with washing machine, as well as toilets.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. One shared meal per week is encouraged to promote conviviality. The rules of living together will be defined upon arrival.

The room is available for rentals of a minimum duration of 14 days.
