Area of 24 m², for 1 or 2 people (your choice: 1 double bed or 2 twin beds). High-quality bedding, duvet and pillows. Bed sheets and towels optional. Equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, 1 coffee table, 3 chairs and 1 desk (2 possible), 1 sofa. Shared areas include a living room with TV/Netflix, dining room, separate fridge, laundry room with washing machine. Fibre internet with WiFi repeater. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. No pets. A shared meal every evening. House rules will be defined upon arrival. 2 fixed occupants. The room is available for rentals with a minimum duration of 3 months, renewable.
