Cozy, very bright, spacious room with a double bed, sturdy base, wardrobe, bookshelf, and two windows providing plenty of light in a five-bedroom apartment, a living room with a balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen. It's shared among five roommates. It's a very quiet apartment with very easy-going and friendly housemates. We're looking for like-minded people, as parties aren't allowed in the apartment, and we want to maintain harmony. The apartment is located in an excellent area in the city center, one street behind Plaza Mayor, in the best neighborhood of Madrid, La Latina, close to supermarkets, the municipal market, and gyms. You will also find bus stops for buses 17, 18, 23, 31, and 35 just a few steps away. The apartment is 100 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station (line 1) and La Latina (line 5). It is a 5-minute walk to Puerta del Sol. You have three metro lines (L1, L2, L3) and commuter trains (C3, C3a, C4a, C4b). Buses also pass by (lines 002, M1, 51, 52).
