Very cozy little studio (Lille - 59800)

Enjoy a clear view overlooking a pretty wooded plot in the heart of Lille. Just a 3-minute walk from the magnificent Place de la République des Beaux-Arts and its metro: 2 and 3 stations from the TGV, V'lille stations and public car parks. The street leads from downtown Lille to the famous Wazemmes market.

On the 1st floor without elevator, the studio is equipped with a double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine and a very comfortable non-convertible sofa with a seat of 120 allowing 2 people to sit there. The living room area is very small but very cozy. The wifi connection is free. It is equipped with a kitchenette with induction domino, a hood, a combined microwave oven, a small fridge, a removable shelf and everything you need to make a good meal. A wardrobe and a pull-out coffee table are also present. The bathroom is independent and closed, it is equipped with a shower, a wall-hung toilet and a vanity unit.
